What can I ask?

Bring one situation you want to think about: a conversation, a creative project, a choice or an ordinary day that feels complicated. Questions about your response are often more useful than questions that ask the cards to establish someone else’s intentions. Try “What would help me approach this differently?”

How the cards work together

Cards can echo one another or introduce a useful tension. A theme of movement alongside a theme of rest can suggest pacing rather than a contradiction. Our written rules look for these relationships and offer a combined reflection. You can then expand the individual card notes to learn more.

Make the reading useful

Compare the perspective with what you actually know. Choose one small action you can control, and write a note about what you want to remember. Save the reading locally or download a copy if you would like to return to it.
